Filing Fee Schedule (Neb. Rev. Stat. § 33-106.03):
- $0.01 – $500.00 → $27
- $500.01 – $1,000.00 → $37
- $1,000.01 – $2,000.00 → $47
- $2,000.01 – $3,600.00 → $57
Total Estimated Cost = Filing Fee + Sheriff Service Fee (~$30 per defendant)
Waiver Option: Amount to Waive = Claim Amount − $3,600 (voluntary reduction to qualify)
