Vaccine Schedule Calculator
Enter your date of birth to see the CDC-recommended vaccine schedule and check which vaccines may be due or overdue.
Schedule Logic
Vaccine due dates are calculated by adding the CDC-recommended age offset to the date of birth:
- Due Date = Date of Birth + Recommended Age Offset (weeks / months / years)
- Overdue: Due Date ≤ Today
- Due Soon: Today < Due Date ≤ Today + 30 days
- Upcoming: Due Date > Today + 30 days
- Age in months = (Current Year − Birth Year) × 12 + (Current Month − Birth Month), adjusted for day-of-month
